How sweet it is!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Brugal Añejo Rum
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- .75 oz Demerara syrup (one part Demerara sugar, one part water)
- 1.5 oz Ginger beer
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
PREPARATION
- Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well.
- Serve in a tall glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a fresh mint
